Order Cancellation:

• Customers can request an order cancellation for art products within 48 hours from the time of purchase to be eligible for a full refund, including the cancellation amount.
• If the cancellation request is made after 48 hours, the cancellation amount may not be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If any art products are received in a defective or damaged condition, customers can request a return and refund of the purchase amount, including the cancellation amount, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Change of Mind:

• Customers who wish to return arts products due to a change of mind may do so within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund, including the cancellation amount.

Refunds Processing:

Refunds for cancelled arts products will include the purchase amount and the cancellation amount, if applicable, and will be processed within 14 business days from the date of return approval.
